Lo is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, somatic business coach, and mother of four who has been building businesses for over 15 years. She’s co-founded multiple six-figure companies across industries—from real estate to retreats, a mobile bar business, and even physical products.

For the past seven years, she’s been coaching women in business, weaving together somatic work, visualization, and energy practices with grounded business strategy. Her superpower is helping women regulate their energy, return to their bodies, and build businesses that actually feel good to run.
She’s deeply strategy-driven and loves getting her hands in the dirt with her clients—mapping out funnels, refining marketing, and building systems that bring big visions to life.
