House of Reclamation was founded by Liz & Lo, best friends, business mentors, and visionaries who have dedicated their lives to helping women decondition, reclaim their power, and create abundance on their own terms.
Together, they have spent three decades building multiple six-figure businesses, leading thousands of women through transformation, and curating spaces where success is not just measured by numbers—but by energy, alignment, and deep fulfillment.

Elizabeth is a visionary community leader, mentor, and business strategist who sees the bigger picture before anyone else does. She is the founder of Detroit Mom, co-founder of House of Reclamation, Michigan with Kids, and Lansing Mom, and the driving force behind movements that help women feel deeply seen, heard, and empowered.At her core, Liz is a community builder and energy amplifier—someone who creates safe, transformative spaces where women from all walks of life can release old narratives and reclaim their truth. Through her work, she has mentored hundreds of women around the world, guiding them to unlock their purpose and live life fully on their own terms.
For the past decade, she has led with boldness and heart, building multiple businesses from the ground up and leading over 60 women within her organizations. Her presence is electric—when Elizabeth believes in something, the world listens.

Elizabeth’s story is one of reclamation. A teen mom who was told success wasn’t meant for her, she has done the deep inner work to release shame and rewrite her own narrative. Today, she is living proof that healing is a lifelong journey—and one worth taking.
Currently based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, but always chasing sunshine, she’s a chronic dreamer, beach seeker, and growth devotee who believes in creating a life that reflects your soul. Her mission? To walk alongside women as they remember who they truly are and rise rooted in their power.
Lauryn (Lo) Laszczak

A somatic business mentor, embodiment coach, and breathwork facilitator, she has spent the last 15 years guiding women into a more intentional way of living—one that honors their body, business, and soul.As the Co-Creator of House of Reclamation, she holds safe and sacred spaces for women to reclaim their truth and rise into their fullest expression. With certifications in yoga, breathwork, and trauma-informed coaching, Lauryn brings a unique fusion of strategy, embodiment, and soul into every space she leads.
She is also the founder of Lauryn Laszczak Coaching, and the co-founder of Meadows Realty Group and Detroit Mobile Bar. From coaching and retreats to real estate and product-based businesses, Lauryn has built multiple six-figure companies while staying deeply rooted in what matters most—presence, motherhood, and living life in alignment with her values.

Currently based in Clinton Township, Michigan, Lauryn is a homebody with a love for travel, deep rest, and living on her highest frequency. She’s a wife to her high school sweetheart, a mama of four (including one angel baby), and a seeker of beauty in the everyday.
Her mission? To help women slow down, live more intentionally, and come home to their bodies—so they can fully experience this one, wild, precious life.
