When you join you’ll receive a personal 1:1 call with Lauryn and Elizabeth to chat about where you’re at mentally, emotionally, physically & in your business so that you can arrive at the retreat feeling known and ready to be supported.
When you leave Costa Rica, you will receive one month of bi-weekly group Zoom calls, so that we can continue to help you process everything that came up during our time together. This retreat will help you transform into the person you’ve been yearning for. The woman you knew was there all along, but was buried under your daily to-do’s, work, and every day stressors. When you return home you’ll find that you’ve expanded to a place that even your closest family and friends may not understand. We want to be here to support you & your business through this transition.
